FOIA Requests & the US government’s standard ‘non-denial’ response…

The below is but one example of FOIA requests I’ve made over the years/decade since I became an aware Targeted Individual(T.I.). It represents how people like me are surreptitiously and illegally experimented on, surveilled, and harassed for years and decades on end by US agencies like the CIA/NSA/DoD & US military, whose crimes are covered up by sloppy clean-up crews like the FBI/NCIC/DHS. So when you place a FOIA request(s), you receive those like the DNIA response below, which is the standard ‘non-denial’ response. I’d bet every TI who has made one of these useless FOIA requests has received the same generic ‘we cannot confirm or deny’ response, which is essentially a virtual middle finger.

But since I know they know I have committed no crimes, and certainly don’t have any terror-related associations, the simple question is why are these agencies ostensibly adding people to secret lists? Is this just another iteration of the McCarthy-era “blacklists”? Or is there something even more sinister happening behind the scenes? Recall that I have mentioned frequently on this blog that many Muslims have claimed that their names were added to the TSDB simply because they refused to become FBI snitches. And CAIR has again filed a lawsuit regarding this abuse of power. Add to this the rancorous history of the FBI related to black folk (CoINTELPRO, just to name one well-publicized instance of abuse of power), and it really shouldn’t be a surprise or a stretch to surmise that what is happening today in America with the Targeted Individual Phenomena is just as pernicious and involves another widespread cover-up of something much more sinister than most can imagine.

Again, let me spell it out clearly here: this is directly related to a coverup of the illegal use, injection, and/or implantation & testing of US military/medical/DoD emergent technologies such as nanobots/nanoparticles/hydragel, Voice to Skull (V2k or the voice of god), remote neural monitoring, directed energy or electromagnetic frequency weapons like those presumably used on US Foreign Diplomats suffering from the mis-nomered Havana Syndrome. I’m sure if I was given a thorough medical examination, I’d be diagnosed with something similar. And of course, all of this is being done without consent or permission. Because I know I sure as hell wasn’t asked to participate. But then again, neither were the enslaved women whom J. Marion Sims used to become the “father of gynecology”, or the poor, Alabama men used in the 40-year NIH-funded Tuskegee Experiment, nor was Henrietta Lacks, whose HeLa cells have made untold profits for the medical & scientific establishment. So you see, this is ‘business as usual’ for the slavocracy that is America. As a black woman, my situation isn’t unique, nor will it, unfortunately, be the last instance of systemic racism and governmental abuse of power. I would also stake my life that this coverup is why people like me, in particular, are placed on the TSDB or similar secret blacklists, and why we are being monitored and harassed for years and decades by FBI/DHS-sponsored Communist-inspired organized gang stalking campaigns–which is the American version of Zersetzung. It is to give the appearance that all the above is “justified”.

And for those reading this post, ponder this: if I was actually involved in ANY crimes, would I really put myself out on “front street” and reveal personal information that is sure to invite even more scrutiny from the very government agencies I’m pointing the finger at in this blog? While I don’t claim to be the smartest person in the world, I’m also not the dumbest. The most rational explanation for what is happening to people like me is not that some “foreign” entity is illegally/covertly experimenting on us with now DECLASSIFIED US DoD/military technologies INSIDE THE COUNTRY, but it is in fact, being carried out by elements and/or proxies of the US government. And those same elements are also covering up said crimes. I will stand on that claim until the day I die. We’ve seen this so many times in American history that it’s cliche at this point. You would think by now they’d realize that it’s never the “crime” that trips them up (although it should be), but the cover-up. I’m hoping that remains true in the case of Targeted Individuals.

Below is my actual FOIA Request & the response. I haven’t altered or changed any info.

Any records pertaining to Devonah Kaye Blackwell, DOB: 10/7/1967 from period 1967-2023 and any information regarding any correspondence or surveillance regarding Devonah Kaye Blackwell being listed on the NCTC/FBI’s TSDB Watchlist as a “non-investigative subject”, “selectee” or “expanded selectee” (including US postal mail, email, SMS texts, or landline or cellphone calls); as well as any records related to any closed, pending or open investigation(s) related to any FBI agent or NCTC employee or any other US government agency TSDB Watchlist nomination for Devonah Kaye Blackwell, DOB: 10/7/1967.

I’m also requesting any records that include correspondence related to Devonah Kaye Blackwell to NCTC between 1967-2023 from any of the following agencies: Veteran’s Administration, (1985-2023); Detroit or Flint, Michigan Police Department(s)(1985-2023); FBI-Michigan (Flint and Detroit) Field Office(s) (1985-2023): US Customs & Border Protection (1985-2023): Newark International Airport(1990-2023): FBI, Newark Field Office (1990-2023); FBI, Los Angeles & San Diego Field Office(s)(1990-2023); Office of Naval Operations, San Diego (1990-2023); TSA (2001-2023), Homeland Security (2000-2023); TSDB/TIDE (1990-2023); Central Intelligence Agency (1967-2023); Department of Defense (1967-2023); Department of Energy (1967-2023); and National Security Agency (1967-2023); Homeland Security/Indiana State or Indianapolis Community Policing Groups and/or programs, Infragard, Indiana Homeland Security (years 2017-2023), Citizen Corps (years 2017-2023), Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (years 2017-2023), Beech Grove Police Department (years 2017-2023), City of Indianapolis (years 2017-2023), Marion County, Indiana (years 2017-2023), State of Indiana (years 2017-2023).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Just wondering if all free email service providers (yahoo, gmail–I KNOW they do, etc) summarily allow law enforcement to go into your email accounts and read your emails? Probably.

Below is another IP Address “visit” from the ever-present internet snoops/spies that regularly show up to this site. Looked up the listed Oath Holdings and see it’s a Yahoo “LE portal”….these people are such Nazis. And they actually probably believe the lies they tell themselves—like they are protecting “freedom”. What a con. It’s sad enough when you try to con others, but damn near tragic when you have thoroughly conned yourself.
