Below are three videos that this obviously handsome, articulate, intelligent young man, who was a former Lawyer/Prosecutor before he realized he was being targeted, shared & posted on You Tube. To be frank, I’m surprised You Tube hasn’t deleted them. His story is mine. Same experiences except I wouldn’t give these freaks the satisfaction of giving up or giving them an opportunity that would place me in jail or prison. Not happening. They are not smart enough to pull that off.
These crimes, paid for by American tax dollars are all hiding in plain sight. And keep this in mind: the much publicized, Tuskegee Experiment was a 40-year US government-run program. And NOT ONE official was EVER punished or paid for this crime. Not ONE. So ask yourself: why WOULDN’T the US government continue preying on innocents if they have gotten away with it for this long? So know that the Targeted Individual Phenomenon is just another incarnation of pogroms like Tuskegee Experiment and the CIA’s MK-ULTRA. These secret, illegal pogroms were NOT ONE-OFFS.

And here we are over a decade later, and innocent people who have committed no crimes continue to be added to the TI roster. Listen to this man and tell me he sounds “crazy” or “schizophrenic”. What I do sense is a deep sadness that I presume stems from a black man who had likely always played by the “rules”, chose books and study over the lure of the “streets”, and attained what many would call the “American Dream”..an admirable feat, particularly for a young, black man. But after all of that, he STILL was chosen & used without consent or permission as a US government/DoD involuntary human guinea pig for the fascist demonic elements who run US government agencies like the DoD, CIA, NSA, DIA, FBI, DHS, and other bad actors, who have no integrity, no remorse, and who are not inclined to recognize or observe basic human rights laws–either domestically or internationally. So then it should be no surprise that these psychopaths openly arm & support genocide across the globe, since they malevolently engage in it at home.

The family of Robert Card—who is suspected of killing 18 people in two mass shootings in Maine on Wednesday night—say the Army reservist had previously claimed he was hearing voices at the two locations he allegedly attacked.
In the aftermath of the carnage, Katie Card, who is married to Card’s brother, told The Daily Beast that their family has been messaging her brother-in-law and urging him to surrender to authorities.
“I have known Rob my whole life,” Card said on Thursday. “He is quiet but the most loving, hardworking, and kind person that I know. But in the past year, he had an acute episode of mental health, and it’s been a struggle.”
She said that Robert Card recently began wearing powerful hearing aids to combat hearing loss. Since then, Card said her brother-in-law has been insisting to his family that he can hear people bashing him—including at Just-In-Time Recreation bowling alley and Schemengees Bar and Grill, where he’s accused of gunning down 18 people on Wednesday night.
“He truly believed he was hearing people say things,” she added. “This all just happened within the last few months.”….

I bolded the above because “hearing people say things”.. sounds eerily like the US Military/DoD developed Voice to Skull (V2K) technology, which has been repeatedly mentioned in this blog and by a multitude of other TIs as part of an organized and presumably, US government/US Military-funded Psy Ops pogrom aimed at American ‘citizens’ for ostensibly “testing purposes” for decades. At least. Also as mentioned here previously, there is even a commercial version of it called Audio Spotlight Technology. Nothing says party “fun” better than directing targeted audio that no one else can hear at some unsuspecting victim. Sure to produce good times. Especially, if said victim is inebriated or otherwise under the influence. Pure comedy, ain’t it?
Well, surely not when all of the audio is denigrating, threatening, racist, emasculating, and includes death threats. And that’s what MOST Targeted Individuals hear via Voice to Skull (V2K), and I wonder if that’s the sort of US government-funded terror Robert Card was hearing “within the last few months”, as reported by his loved ones? Or maybe what was heard by the Navy Shipyard Shooter, Aaron Alexis (https://theweek.com/articles/459855/navy-yards-shooter-aaron-alexis-carved-elf-into-gun-heard-voices-other-new-details), or maybe by former lawyer, Myron May, or maybe by dental assistant, Miriam Carey, or even by the late Ted Kaczynski, better known as the Unabomber? All these people either explicitly claimed they were being targeted by electromagnetic/directed energy weapons and Voice to Skull or were otherwise being experimented on. Alexis even carved “ELF” in the automatic weapon he tragically used in his 2013 killing spree. And last, but certainly, not least, we have Ted Kaczynski, the infamous “Unabomber”, who never claimed to “hear voices”, but he was a purported human experimentee while a student at Harvard University, and I wouldn’t doubt this experience contributed to his later animus toward governmental abuses and the eventual ominous decision to deliberately target certain factions he felt were culpable. Now, after relaying how all of the above were linked & likely subjected to experimentation funded by the US government/DoD & it’s lapdog & proxies via either illegal/covert targeting via Voice to Skull and/or other illegal/amoral human experimentation, let me ask the reader this: should all of the families and victims of what appear to be United States government CREATED mass murderers sue the United States, US Military/DoD/CIA, etc, for murder?
And this is not facetious, as I’m asking as a CURRENT and long-time Targeted Individual, who has, in the past 10+ years been continually surveilled online, followed and stalked by local police in San Diego, Indianapolis, and now Raleigh, along with their idiot and erstwhile civilian proxies who follow me where ever I go with blaring headlights that are certainly not factory-issued–can it be that the ultimate aim/objective, as in the case of the above, is to GOAD Targeted Individuals like me into being another hashtag? Into becoming so desperate, and feeling so cornered that some TIs come to believe there is no other way out of their dire circumstances except to lash out violently?
Now let me stress here that the overwhelming majority of TIs (who I believe are mostly black women) do not lash out. Most of us are smart & resilient enough to navigate this US government-funded madness in much the same way that someone who lives in a house infested by roaches and doesn’t have the resources to fumigate and/or tent their home. They learn to adapt to & navigate their way around that infestation of said roaches.
And also let me be clear: as a 56-year-old, fat, middle-aged, black woman who is aware of America’s long-standing perfidy and human rights abuses, particularly, when it comes to black folk, I can tell you right now…I wouldn’t give these inbred Nazis the satisfaction. I wouldn’t spend ONE SECOND in jail, let alone prison over you maggots. Believe and trust THAT. Because, I know for certain I’m on the right side of history.
And if this question is almost too ghastly and unfathomable to the average citizen, think long and hard on how many other “false flag” operations the US government has been accused of and have all but been confirmed: Pearl Harbor, the Gulf of Tonkin, and 9/11…so it’s not like they are “above” using people like me as “collateral damage” for some unacknowledged, nefarious “end goal”. As a matter of fact, based on their history, I’d say it’s very likely and to be expected.
But I do still wonder if the families of the above have human rights case? Isn’t it interesting that if your average civilian, let’s say someone like spree killer and military vet, John Muhammad who is more widely referred to as the “DC Sniper” (https://www.fbi.gov/history/famous-cases/beltway-snipers), can brainwash and enlist a vulnerable underling to engage in wholesale murder as he did with Lee Malvo, then why can’t the US government/DoD/DHS be charged & convicted, since they regularly fund amoral & covert pogroms like the Targeted Individual Pogrom, Organized Gang stalking, and the many medical and psychological experiments that are conducted secretly, hiding-in-plain-sight by CIA-associated QUACKS like Donald Ewen Cameron (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Ewen_Cameron) in places like Harvard & Canada’s McGill University, in untold numbers of medical centers, hospitals, research foundations, clinics, and universities everyday globally, for often decades on end.
Is THIS really what American taxpayers are willing to co-sign? And what kind of tin pot, fraudulent/imposter “democracy” would regularly engage in this type of behavior as the supposed “global cop”? Oh yeah, I guess the same kind we see in the news all the time who take an oath to “uphold the law” while regularly breaking it?
